*BGN
ISO 4217 currency code, Currency used in Bulgaria, which called Leva.
*BHD
ISO 4217 currency code, Currency used in Bahrain, called Dinars.
*Bid
The price offered by buyers to purchase the currency or instrument.
*BIF
ISO 4217 currency code, Currency used in Burundi, which is called Francs
*Big Figure
Usually refers to the first three digits of an exchange rate that dealers are treated as understood in quoting. For example a quote of "30/40" in dollar currency to show a price of 1.5530 / 40
*Bilateral grid
Currency exchange rate system associated with the entire value of the central EMS currencies in terms of ECU.
*Black closing bozu
A bearish candlestick formation that consists of long black bar (upper shadow / shadow / line axis above).
*Black marubozu
Shaven head. A bearish candlestick formation that consists of long black bar (no shadow).
*Black opening bozu
A bearish candlestick formation that consists of a long black bar (lower shadow / shadow / the axes below).
*Black-Scholes fair value model
Original option pricing model which states that a stock and options in stock CALL is an investment that can be compared and thus less risk portfolio can be created by buying and selling stock options in the stock, as a hedge. Stock price movements reflected in the option price movements, but does not require the same amplitude. Therefore, it is necessary to have the amount of stock which needed only to double the option price movement.
*Black-Scholes Model
An option pricing formula was first created by Fisher Black and Myron Scholes for securities options and later updated by Black for options that will come. This model is used widely in the currency markets / forex.
